Thankful to my friends and family for the well wishes and kind words.. 

It was a really memorable birthday celebration! Thank you!!!

Reflection.. 

3 months left in my 20s. 

4 years since my change in character. 

Used to care too much until I could not take control of my life. 

Thanks to my wonderful family/, friends, colleagues who has been so generous to me in giving my soul a sense of comfort and I am really appreciative of how they came in support to me. 

If they weren't there for me, I might have just end my life.

It's really important to take control of your life choices especially the way you want it to be. 

Just some tips:

 

• Keep your mind occupied by doing daily meditation/music
• Meet friends for makan sessions

• Keep a balanced and healthy diet
• Do some sports

Remember , these are the food for your soul.. 

For your soul to be a completed body, 

Mental health, physical health must be present. 

For those who took the time to read my post, may your dreams come true. 

Wish for what you wish for the world.
